Party Info & 
Questionnaire

Your Party is right around the corner! 
Please read this in its entirety and answer the questions below.

•First, you are welcome to come in 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to start setting up, but please no earlier than 15 minutes. This is a courtesy to our guests, but please understand we may still be cleaning or setting up from previous activities. 

 

•Final Payment should have already been emailed to you for payment - If not, please let us know so we can send it again. 

 

•If your party starts at 1pm, you can come in at 12:45pm. If your party starts at 4:30pm then you can come in at 4:15pm.

  • To help you unpack your car, please pull up to the door so we can help you unload and minimize tracking in snow.

 

•We also ask that your party is cleaned up and cleared out by your scheduled end time to avoid a prorated fee. 

 

•We DO NOT allow bounce houses, confetti, poppers, streamers, glitter, face paint, bubble juice, floor runners or piñatas for parties. (This includes confetti inside of balloons). And PLEASE ONLY SMALL CANDELS- NO LARGE FLAMED CANDLES.

 

•We ask that all guests, adults and children, have socks for the party. We do have grippy socks for sale if people forget. We ask this because only socks are allowed on the carpeted Play Area. Ok Go Play Grip socks are $3.99 plus tax.

 

•We have also added a Fridge to the Party Area! No need to bring in coolers or ice. Please make sure you take your items from the fridge and please keep clean during party. There is a freezer available in our office that you can store ice cream or cake until you need it for your party. 

•No Alcohol or Illegal Substances or Vape Pens allowed. Anyone caught will be asked to leave

 

•We also ask that all of the toddler toys stay in the toddler area which is designed for ages 3 and under only.

 

•When guests arrive, we will have a Liability Waiver for all participant’s parents/guardians to sign.

 

•As a reminder, our parties include up to 20 children. We will keep track as they arrive and If there is more than 20, we can settle the difference at the end of the Party. The fee is $5 per child over 20.

•At no extra cost (up to 3 different colors), we have basic colored table cloths that we can have setup for you before you arrive, Just let us know what color/s you would like or theme of the party below.

•Also, if you plan on bringing your own tablecloths, you can drop them off early at our facility and we will have them set out before you arrive. This will help save some time during your setup. 

  • Please only drop off tablecloths. We will NOT hold or take responsibility for any decorations, balloons, arches or food.

 

•Could you also please let us know what your guest count will be, Kids and Adults?
