Memberships can be purchase at the Desk of Ok Go Play.
Must sign Monthly Membership Agreement and agree to a automatic credit card renewal
Memberships may only include members of the same household.
Require a 2 Month Commitment before having option to cancel
Must come into facility to cancel membership. Cancelations cannot be done over the phone or through email.
More than one adult can be on a membership, provided they have a matching address on a valid ID.
Adults of the same household may be interchangeable.
Adults of the same household may attend together; however, an Adult Daily Pass or upgraded Membership is required.
Admission on membership plans are only valid for individuals listed on plan.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are not permitted within the first 30 days of your Membership. You must be enrolled in the Membership for two months. After you have paid your second month, your Monthly Family Membership can be cancelled with 15 days prior to your next billing date.
You must come to facility to fill out cancellation form. Cannot be cancelled over the phone or online.
If changing plans during Plan Month, member will be charged difference in plan. It will not be prorated for the rest of the month.
