CAN I BUY A MONTH MEMBERSHIP FOR A GIFT?

- No. Ok Go Play memberships require a 2 month commitment before having the ability to cancel. We have gift cards available online and in-store and will have special promotions throughout the year.

CAN I Cancel my Membership over the phone or through email?

- All memberships can only be cancelled in-store at the front desk 15 days before your next billing date.

Does everyone need socks?

- Yes, everyone is required to wear socks. We do not allow Shoes or Barefeet on the carpeted area. Any sock is fine.  We sell Grip Socks at the front desk, but are not required.  

 

DO we need a reservation for Open PLAY?

- NOPE, You do not need a reservation or a membership for open play. Walk on in during regular business hours.

 

Can I Drop my Kid off and leave

- No, we are not a day care facility. Parents/Guardians are responsible for their children and their actions while at our facility. 

 

If we book a party, do we get the entire place to ourselves?

- Yes! At Ok Go Play you and your guests have private access to the entire 6,000sqft facility!

 

Can we have a family events or multiple kids parties?

Yes, when you book a party, you get the whole place to yourselves. You can have multiple kids birthdays at one party, or just rent out the facility for a family gathering

Can we bring alcoholic beverages?

- No we do not allow alcohol or illegal substances on the premises at anytime

 

Can I come early to setup for my Party?

Unfortunately No. We suggest having your guests arrive 30 minutes after your reserved time.  This gives us ample time to clean and setup for your party.

Can I bring my own Food for Parties?

Yes, if you purchase a private party you can bring your own food and beverages (Non-alcoholic of course).

How big is the Party room?

The Party Room can seat up to 42 folding chairs and 20 kid's chairs (We also have 4 high chairs if needed)

What type of DECORATIONS CAN I BRING?

We allow Banners, Balloon arrangements (no free floating balloons), photo boxes and center pieces. We do not allow Glitter, Confetti, Paint, Streamers, Poppers and Pinatas 

 

Can we have outside vendors for Party Decorations?

Permission is required for third party vendors. Please contact us to confirm

CAN I BOOK A PARTY ON A WEEKDAY?
