Cancellation Policy:

• As per our membership agreement, we require a 15 day notice from your next billing date to process your cancellation.  

• If you would like to cancel, you do so at the facility, over the phone or via email. 

• You can come into the facility to fill out our cancellation form, you can call in, or you can download our form at the link below and drop it off or email it to us here

• Even if you cancel your membership, you will still have access to the facility until your last effective date, which is the day before your next payment is due.  

• Here is a copy of our cancellation policy that is in our membership agreement:​​

  •     Upon cancellation, all applicable Family Membership benefits expire on day 30 from the last paid billing. If you choose to cancel, re-enrollment is required at the current retail price.
